Karuna Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/ or with the aid of a chair.

The type of yoga distinguishes itself from other styles through its adaptation of poses to be comfortably performed by using a chair for support and allowing for more joint mobility.
